Live & hybrid sales
The rostrum, online
A purpose-built auctioneer console, a clerk panel for the room, and remote bidders watching sub-second video, competing live against the paddles in front of you.
Gustavian mirror, c. 1790
How it runs
One lot at a time, every channel at once
The auctioneer console
Open the lot, set the ask, call fair warning, hammer sold or passed, with reserve enforcement and an explicit override when the room justifies it.
The clerk panel
Room paddles, phone bids and absentee commissions entered as they happen, attributed to their source, in the same ledger as every online bid.
Hybrid: the best of both
Weeks of timed online pre-bidding build the book; standing max bids walk into the live sale as automatic proxies. Online reach, live prices.
Sub-second video
WebRTC streaming with automatic fallback, straight from OBS or a phone. Playback links are signed and gated to approved bidders.
Approved-for-live gating
A second approval tier acts as your credit check before a bidder can compete on a binding hammer.
A verifiable record
Every event in the session is hash-chained and verifiable end to end: ask, bid, warning, hammer.
Live auctions and video streaming are a platform add-on, priced plainly, enabled when your house needs them.
Watch a hammer fall on a demo sale
We'll run a mock live session with you on the console.
Bastionen Auktioner runs weekly hybrid sales on their own domain at basti.dk
